Fair warning system
Where possible, we will use a fair warning approach before stronger moderation action. This may include a reminder, a warning, comment removal, or blocking for repeated or serious behaviour.
Some content may be removed immediately — especially if it includes threats, harassment, discrimination, doxxing or unsafe behaviour.
Evidence and safety
If you have local evidence about roads, flooding, wildlife, planning, noise, consultation failures, ground investigation activity or any other concern, please share it calmly and honestly — and say clearly if you are not certain of the facts.
Do not share exact locations of sensitive wildlife such as nests, dens, setts or rare plants. For sensitive wildlife information, use appropriate private or formal reporting routes.
Do not share other people's personal addresses, phone numbers or private information.
Careful, honest evidence is more powerful than strong claims. Known fact, concern raised, question we are asking — this is the safest and clearest structure for sharing local knowledge.
Human-run community campaign
Save the Deveron Valley is a human-run community campaign. We may use digital tools to help with research, drafting, imagery and organisation, but every post is reviewed and guided by real people who care about this valley.
The valley needs many voices — calm, careful and clear.
